• No booking amount is collected before a physical site visit and document walkthrough is completed.
• Booking a site visit does not constitute a binding agreement to purchase.
• All plot availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payments

Any booking amount, token payment, or full payment made towards a plot is governed by a separate, formal booking/sale agreement executed at the time of transaction — not by these website Terms. Please read that agreement carefully before making any payment.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, including but not limited to submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, or using content from this site without permission for commercial purposes.
